The mission of this institution is to provide opinions on the legality or illegality of manufactured foods, slaughtering methods, and manufacturing processes. The institution works in cooperation with 450 chambers of commerce and industry worldwide that inform food substance manufacturers and exporters about the institution’s services. The services of this institution are provided free of charge, and the institution does not receive any fees other than reimbursement for laboratory research costs that are incurred whenever the need arises. Such research is conducted only in well-known laboratories.
