One of the founders of the Islamic Center for Education, which became a Waqf in 1979, and President of its Board of Trustees to the present day. The Waqf controls the Faculty of Al Imam Al Ouzai College for Islamic studies, the Islamic Faculty of Business Administration, and other Waqf institutions.
